Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or managing a team of data/product analysts.
  • Solid background in traffic and performance analytics, including a thorough understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and budget optimization.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency (writing complex queries, optimization) and hands-on experience working with massive datasets (Big Data).
  • Strong expertise with BI systems (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Metabase, etc.) and a proven track record of building clean, actionable reporting frameworks.
  • Comprehensive understanding of product, business, and financial metrics.
  • Strong background in mathematical statistics, experimental design, and hypothesis testing.
  • Systemic thinking, a structured mindset, and a strong orientation toward delivering real business value.
  • High level of autonomy, proactivity, and accountability for the team’s deliverables.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, make sound decisions under uncertainty, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Top-notch communication and storytelling skills—the ability to speak the language of business, manage a large pool of stakeholders, and argue your position clearly using data.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of analysts, including resource allocation and quality control.
  • Take ownership of the analytical backlog and prioritize tasks to meet business goals.
  • Conduct deep dives into traffic acquisition efficiency, marketing spends, and channel performance (ROI/ROAS/CAC).
  • Analyze user behavior patterns across various regions and GEOs.
  • Track, interpret, and optimize core product and financial metrics.
  • Conduct cohort analysis and build models to evaluate user engagement, LTV, Churn Rate, and Retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regional managers and stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into technical data tasks.
  • Present data-driven insights to guide executive decisions.
  • Design, execute, and analyze complex A/B tests.
  • Build and maintain scalable, intuitive, and interactive dashboards using BI tools.
