About The Position

Fixico is a fast-growing tech company, backed by top-tier investors and expanding rapidly across Europe and the US. We're looking for a Lead Network Account Manager to take ownership of our German repair shop network and help shape how we further grow this market. This is a strategic role where you'll focus on the big picture: building a strong, high-performing network across Germany. You'll spend your time on things that matter most: partnerships, market coverage, and network quality. You'll also roll up your sleeves on key projects where your direct involvement makes the difference.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in account management, network development, or a similar role
  • Background in the automotive industry or working with repair shops
  • Confident in leading a team, even without formal authority
  • Strong commercial instinct and a strategic mindset
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Based in Germany
  • Open to regular travel within Germany and to our office in Amsterdam

Responsibilities

  • Own the German network strategy and set priorities for the team
  • Build and maintain relationships with key repair shop partners and channel partners
  • Identify gaps in market coverage and define how to close them
  • Monitor network performance and act on what the data tells you
  • Guide and support junior and part-time team members in their work
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on goals and output
  • Be the face of Fixico for strategic partners in Germany
