Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or current CMA/RMA certification required
- CPR certification required (may be obtained during orientation)
Responsibilities
- Support patient care and ensure smooth clinic operations
- Train, mentor, and lead clinical staff
- Manage supplies, vaccines, and equipment
- Uphold high standards of care and compliance
