About The Position

The Materials Handler Team Leader ensures that the production line meets or exceeds the minimum daily production standard, ensuring quality of product being produced and/or packaged, and ensuring departmental on-hand inventory reporting accuracy for both raw materials and finished products. The Materials Handler Team Leader accomplishes these objectives through performance of tasks and duties personally and/or by directing and coordinating the activities of the people working in his/her department.

Requirements

• Proficiency in the use of PCs, Barcode Scanners, and the AS400 to enter, retrieve, and send required data and information.
• Understanding and ensuring all Quality guidelines are followed.
• Good listening, verbal, people, and teambuilding skills.
• Ability to communicate information, instructions, and requests to Management and employees clearly and concisely, both verbally and in written forms.

Responsibilities
