Requirements

5+ years of leadership experience in an automotive service environment
Strong diagnostic and repair skills across multiple systems
Proven ability to manage a team and keep a shop running efficiently
High school diploma (or equivalent)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background, MVR, drug test)

Nice To Haves

National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Master Technician certification or multiple active ASE certifications
OEM certifications (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram)
Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostic experience
Hybrid / EV certification or hands-on experience

Responsibilities

Lead daily shop operations, including dispatching work and keeping workflow moving
Run quick, effective shop meetings to align the team on priorities
Monitor technician productivity, attendance, and scheduling needs
Perform quality control checks to ensure every job meets our standards
Support hiring and onboarding of new technicians
Train and mentor team members, helping them grow their skills and confidence
Stay up to date on new technology and bring that knowledge back to the team
