Lead Master Data Analyst

Globus Medical•Audubon, PA

About The Position

The Lead of Planning Master Data is responsible for designing, governing, auditing, and continuously improving the planning master data framework that supports demand planning, supply planning, procurement, manufacturing, and inventory performance. The role requires a deep understanding of how part-level data—including lead times, safety stock, lot sizing, BOM structures, sourcing rules, planning strategies, and capacity parameters—affects service levels, working capital, and margin performance. The position works cross-functionally with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, IT, Finance, and Quality to maintain system accuracy, scalability, and compliance in a regulated environment. The role serves as a subject matter expert for MRP logic and system behavior, leads master data governance and ERP/MRP optimization, and enables planning performance through sound system parameters and data. It also establishes master data processes for new product introductions and product lifecycle transitions, develops analytics and audit controls, and leads continuous improvement initiatives. The employee must be able to travel 25% of the time and meet the stated physical demands. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
