We’re looking for a highly motivated, outgoing Lead Marketing Greeter who will serve as the crucial first point of contact, welcoming event guests and connecting them with our sales teams to drive lead generation. Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in events, hospitality, customer service, guest-facing, or sales support roles.
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, maintaining composure, and thriving in fast-paced, public-facing environments.
• Strength in interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and tactfully engaging with diverse personalities from various cultures.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and maintain flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on event needs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the timeshare, resort, travel, or hospitality industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome event guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor, creating positive first impressions that reflect Vacatia's brand.
• Partner proactively with on-site package sales representatives, engaging attendees in conversation and smoothly handing them off to enter their lead information.
• Maintain and support a clean, organized, and inviting exhibit space, assisting the on-site leadership team with essential event operations.
• Navigate and adapt to shifting priorities and busy public spaces, effectively directing traffic and ensuring all guests feel supported and informed.
• Champion teamwork within the marketing event environment, providing seamless coverage while other staff members are on scheduled breaks.
