Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive short- and long-term strategies to drive market growth, penetration, and achieve business objectives, including initiatives for new and existing products, services, and verticals.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and analytics of strategic initiatives and programs—including launch, communication, and measurement plans at national and market levels—to ensure successful alignment with business needs.
  • Establish, nurture, and manage strategic partnerships and alliances, negotiate terms, and drive expanded distribution channels to enhance market presence, accelerate revenue, and achieve mutual objectives. Actively seek and develop new distribution avenues to fuel scale and reach.
  • Champion digital transformation projects across growth and go-to-market strategies, leveraging advanced technologies, platforms, and digital tools to drive operational efficiency, customer engagement, and innovative business models.
  • Design and launch loyalty strategies and programs that increase customer retention, lifetime value, and engagement, working cross-functionally to integrate loyalty into both direct and partner distribution channels.
  • Conduct thorough market research and data analytics to inform strategic decision-making, optimize programs, forecast trends, and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate closely with marketing, operations, technical, and external partners to drive execution, innovation, and continuous improvement.
