Market Development Contractor
About The Position
This is an independent contractor role focused on market-based provider outreach and referral development, primarily in Houston, Plano, or Atlanta. The engagement is project-based, estimated to last 4-6 months, with the contractor managing their own schedule to achieve project milestones and distribution goals. The contractor has the freedom to work for other clients. The role involves driving provider engagement and referral growth by building relationships with women’s health and specialty providers and coordinating outreach efforts to expand Origin’s presence. It is a results-driven, independent position where the contractor maintains autonomy over work performance while adhering to Origin’s goals, messaging, and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with women’s health and specialty providers
- Educate providers on Origin’s services and referral pathways
- Identify and prioritize high-value referral partners
- Support onboarding of new referral sources
- Collaborate with other market partners to ensure brand consistency
- Ensure consistent messaging and presence across referral channels
- Track outreach activity and referral trends within the market
- Maintain data integrity within agreed-upon tracking systems to verify completion of milestones
- Provide periodic status reports on project progress
- Ensure all deliverables meet Origin’s brand quality standards
- Share feedback from the field to inform ongoing growth initiatives
