About The Position
The 2nd shift position hours are 5pm - 3:30 am (Monday-Thursday) and includes a $2 shift differential. The Maintenance Lead is responsible for the upkeep of equipment, training and guidance for Maintenance outfitters, and ensuring standard procedures are followed for work safety and quality.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Certificate(s) or License(s): Forklift/Truck Certified
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Electrical skills.
- Ability to read and understand schematics.
- Written and verbal communication.
- Understand SQDC Metrics.
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years in Industrial Maintenance, preferred
- Electrical experience/troubleshooting in Motor Controls 24 VDC-460 VAC, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Trains and lead general maintenance outfitters to ensure job duties are accomplished accurately in a safe manner within appropriate time allotted.
- Assists Maintenance Manager with managing, guiding, coaching and adjusting as needed to accomplish goal.
- Orders and maintains supplies for department (as needed).
- Maintains safety equipment and oversees material and maintenance projects.
- Identifies, improves, and tracks safety, quality, and delivery opportunities.
