Requirements

3+ years of industrial, manufacturing, facility, or maintenance experience
Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
Mechanical aptitude with experience diagnosing equipment issues
Experience using CMMS or maintenance management software
Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in an industrial environment

Nice To Haves

Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience
Welding experience
HVAC certification
Bilingual candidates

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, and facility systems
Coordinate and perform preventive maintenance activities
Train and mentor technicians on maintenance procedures and safety practices
Prioritize work orders and support daily maintenance operations
Manage maintenance parts inventory and assist with materials ordering
Utilize CMMS/eMaint systems to track maintenance activity and work orders
Work directly with customers and facility personnel to support operational needs
Assist with maintenance projects from planning through completion
Promote and maintain a strong safety culture
