About The Position

Tarantino Properties is now hiring for an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC in Fort Worth, TX. This role involves responding to and completing residential service requests in a timely manner, resolving maintenance issues in areas such as A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. The position also includes preparing vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements, and maintaining the grounds through snow removal and cleaning of common areas. Providing residents with outstanding customer service is a key aspect of this role.

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required
• Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities
