Lead Maintenance HVAC
About The Position
Mira Vista Apartment located in North Houston is seeking a Lead Maintenance. This is a Full Time Position. Responsibilities include responding to and completing residential service requests in a timely manner, painting, picking up grounds, resolving maintenance issues in the areas of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing, and appliance repair. The role also involves preparing vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements, and cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas. Providing residents with outstanding customer service is also a key aspect of this role.
Requirements
- At least 2 plus years of onsite experience
- Possess valid Identification
- Knowledge of drywall repair, painting, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance repairs required
- Experience in Housing property and inspections a plus!
