About The Position
Springwood at Aliana is seeking an apartment Maintenance Technician. This is a full-time position where responsibilities include responding to and completing residential service requests promptly, painting, groundskeeping, and resolving maintenance issues in areas such as A/C, electrical, sheetrock repair, plumbing, and appliance repair. The role also involves preparing vacant apartments for market readiness through repairs and improvements, and maintaining grounds and common areas while providing outstanding customer service to residents.
Requirements
- At least 2 plus years of onsite experience
- Possess valid Identification
- Full Time Position
- Knowledge of drywall repair, painting, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance repairs required
- Experience in Housing property and inspections a plus!
Responsibilities
- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
- Paint and pick up grounds
- Painting
- Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
