About The Position
Tarantino Properties is seeking experienced Lead Maintenance Techs to lead the maintenance operations at our communities in the Houston, Texas area. We are looking for a skilled and dependable professional who takes pride in maintaining high-quality apartment homes, leading a team, and ensuring excellent service for residents.
Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
- HVAC (EPA) Certification required
- Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
- Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
