About The Position

AMD Distribution is hiring a Lead Machine Operator in Springdale, Arkansas. The role operates a metal building lamination machine to produce high-quality metal building insulation and performs other warehouse tasks as assigned by the warehouse manager. This is an in-person, full-time position with an hourly salary of $22.00, depending on experience. The expected schedule is 40–45 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts Monday through Friday and overtime as needed. Applicants must relocate to Springdale before starting work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of related experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and other measuring devices.
• Ability to comprehend instructions in oral, written, or diagram form.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, handle bulky products, and stand for long periods.
