About The Position
Responsible for operating various manual and automated equipment in the production process. This role involves setting up machinery, assisting with changeovers, safely operating and monitoring equipment, visually inspecting production runs, reporting malfunctions, maintaining records, ensuring cleanliness of the work area, and adhering to regulatory and company policies.
Requirements
- High School - GED or Diploma required
- 1+ years general sales experience required
- Ability to periodically lift, push, pull 50+ pounds, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2+ years sales and customer service specific experience preferred
- Machine Operator Experience 2+ years
Responsibilities
- Set up machinery ensuring all production material are available
- Assist with change overs as necessary
- Safely operate and monitor all equipment
- Visually inspect production run and report malfunctions to maintenance department
- Maintain required records
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned area
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
