About The Position

Operate the metal building lamination machine to produce high-quality metal building insulation and perform other warehouse tasks as assigned by the warehouse manager. The role is based in person in Springdale, Arkansas, and requires relocation to Springdale before starting. It is full-time, with an expected 40–45 hours per week, an 8-hour day shift Monday through Friday, and overtime as needed. Pay is $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of related experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and other measuring devices.
• Ability to comprehend instructions in oral, written, or diagram form.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, handle bulky products, and stand for long periods.
