About The Position

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) is a family-owned independent Coca-Cola bottler that is the third largest privately-held and the sixth largest independent Coca-Cola bottler in the United States. Coke Florida is looking for a Lead Machine Operator based out of our Jacksonville location. We’re currently looking for 2nd shift starting at 4:00pm-finish, working Monday-Friday with occasional weekends.

Requirements

At least 1 year of general work experience required.
Ability to operate manufacturing equipment is necessary.
Basic math skills and reading comprehension.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Knowledge of industrial technology a plus.
Minimum 1 year leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred.
Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available.
Assist with change overs as necessary.
Safely operate and monitor all equipment.
Visually inspect production run and report malfunctions to maintenance department.
Maintain required records.
Maintain cleanliness of assigned area.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
