Requirements

  • 2 Years’ proven experience in the food industry
  • Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
  • Excellent knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for cooking and commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
  • High School Diploma
  • 2 Years experience in restaurant and banquet arenas
  • Must be neat and present a professional appearance at all times.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Culinary School Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • To follow policies and schedules for the operation in the kitchen facility.
  • To assist in looking for new and profitable ways to better serve the guests.
  • To assist in ensuring the cleanliness of the facility is of the highest priority, making sure that the reputation of the service is maintained at all times.
  • To help in the coordination of all events and activities with the operating departments of the Golf Course in order to provide the best possible service to the guests.
  • Following standardized recipes set forth by management.
  • Ensure any customer complaints are handled efficiently and tactfully.
  • At all times, present a favorable image.
