About The Position

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is required.
• Basic understanding of workplace sanitation and safety regulations, or ability to learn them.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of food preparation health and safety guidelines.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

• High school education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high sanitation standards throughout the assigned area.
• Keep food storage areas organized and clean.
• Ensure food is properly handled and stored at the end of each shift.
• Rotate inventory properly.
• Prepare food according to specifications for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquets.
• Maintain clean and orderly storage areas and product pars.
• Work with the manager to create specials and other menu variations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
