About The Position

Craft & Crew Hospitality is seeking a passionate Lead Line Cook/Supervisor for The Howe in South Minneapolis, MN. This role offers the opportunity to showcase culinary skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on creativity and teamwork. The position involves leading a talented back-of-house team, ensuring top-notch dish delivery, overseeing training for new hires, managing staffing levels, and upholding company policies. The Lead Line Cook/Supervisor will actively participate in service by manning a station and assisting where needed, contributing to exceeding guest expectations and culinary perfection. The pay is $21-23 per hour.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years experience as Line Cook
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Leadership Skills
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and move about for 8-10 hour shifts
  • Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to walk up and down stairs without complications
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Be prepared to think and act quickly in stressful situations
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures in accordance with MDH

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory Experience preferred
  • Serve Safe Certification a plus
