About The Position
The Howe is seeking a Part-Time PM Line Cook who is required to work weekends. This role involves powering a high-energy dinner service where every plate matters. The cook will be responsible for keeping tickets moving, flavors on point, and standards rock-solid from prep through close in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Comfort with basic line-cook techniques and a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and a ready-to-learn mindset
- Availability for PM shifts with weekend nights required
Responsibilities
- Prep and cook menu items with speed, accuracy, and consistency
- Work multiple stations (grill, sauté, fry) as needed during peak service
- Maintain clean, organized stations and follow food-safety standards
- Communicate tightly with the kitchen and front-of-house to keep service smooth
