Craft & Crew Hospitality's The Block in Rogers is seeking a passionate Lead Line Cook/Supervisor to lead a talented culinary team. The position involves guiding the back-of-house team, ensuring top-notch dishes, overseeing training for new hires, managing staffing levels, and upholding company policies. The Lead Line Cook/Supervisor will actively participate in service by manning a station and assisting wherever needed, embracing a high-performance team dedicated to exceeding guest expectations and culinary perfection.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Line Cook.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve under pressure.
• Physical stamina to withstand 8-10 hour shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to navigate stairs effortlessly.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures in accordance with MDH.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Leadership Skills
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move about for 8-10 hour shifts
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to walk up and down stairs without complications
• Problem-solving abilities be prepared to think and act quickly in stressful situations

• Supervisory Experience preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification a plus.
