Jerry.ai is seeking a Lead, Lifecycle & Brand Voice to fundamentally change how the company communicates with its customers. The role will focus on transforming transactional messaging into value-additive, relationship-driven content that builds trust and community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting all customer-facing copy, from email sequences and push notifications to in-app tooltips and social media content. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with the opportunity to build the brand's voice and playbook from the ground up, in partnership with the CEO. The company is looking for someone who can bring enthusiasm and trust to the often "dry" topics of car ownership, insurance, and maintenance.
