The successful candidate will join a production-driven team, responsible for electrical installations and troubleshooting in commercial settings. Requirements

Proven experience as a lead electrician capable of supervising a crew of 5-15.
State Journeyman Electrician Certification (required in states where mandated, highly desirable elsewhere).
Excellent working knowledge of Building Codes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with manpower projects.
Ability to work 8-10 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with overtime and night shifts as required.
Ability to perform essential functions including crawling, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, reaching.
Ability to routinely lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds and push/pull objects.
Repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Procore/ACC & Autodesk highly desired.

Responsibilities

Supervising a crew of 5-15 electricians.
Assembly, installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical equipment and wiring systems.
Preparing work areas for equipment installation.
Installing electrical components.
Connecting wiring and equipment according to code and job specifications.
Operating equipment only if trained and certified (e.g., powder-activated tools, JLG lifts).
Setting up and operating tools such as hydraulic benders, power threaders, power pullers, and cable vacuum systems.
Reading blueprints and electrical drawings and installing as specified.
Verifying dimensions, alignments, and clearances per drawings or plans.
Securing and locking up equipment after use.
Overseeing PTP's and timecards.
Delivering safe projects on schedule and within budget.
