Youth Athletes United is seeking Lead Instructors to coach TGA youth Tennis, Golf, or Pickleball programs. The organization aims to make children's first sports experiences fun while teaching sport fundamentals, life skills, and healthy habits. Classes larger than 10 students receive an Assistant Coach. Coaching emphasizes individual attention, a non-competitive and stress-free environment, and positive reinforcement. Coaches are expected to welcome feedback, attend additional training, and follow the TGA Coaching Manual. Most classes take place after school and on weekends. Weekday classes typically start between 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.; listed availability windows are Monday–Friday, 2:00–5:00, and weekends, 9:00–1:00. Classes are held at schools, parks, and recreational centers throughout Somerset and Hunterdon Counties. Coaches may need to travel up to an hour to reach a class location.
