Coaches are expected to welcome feedback, attend additional training, and follow the TGA Coaching Manual. New coaches may work 4–20 hours per week and earn up to $27 per hour. Most classes take place after school and on weekends. Weekday classes generally begin between 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.; the listed availability is Monday–Friday, 2:00–5:00 p.m., and weekends, 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Classes are held at schools, parks, and recreational centers throughout Somerset and Hunterdon Counties.
