About The Position

We are looking for a Lead Installer who is highly skilled, trustworthy, and capable of problem-solving independently. This role requires flexibility with work hours, including days, nights, weekends, and long or unusual schedules, to ensure job completion. The ideal candidate can effectively install, troubleshoot, and develop plans to address issues. They should be adept at communicating changes and understanding potential challenges by thoroughly reviewing job details. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for managing client interactions, taking charge professionally, and ensuring clients feel confident. This role involves coordinating with General Contractors (GCs), site supervisors, and other trades under tight deadlines, understanding the importance of project completion for retail openings, and knowing when to assertively manage the work or halt progress if issues arise to prevent costly rework. Installers may also participate in fabrication in the shop when not traveling, and can provide feedback for production improvements based on site experiences.
