About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Custom Millwork Benchman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality custom millwork items, including cabinets, furniture, and architectural details. You will interpret detailed blueprints and drawings to meet exact specifications, operate various woodworking machinery, and perform hand finishing to ensure precise and detailed work. Quality control is a key aspect of this position, ensuring all finished products meet our high standards of craftsmanship.

Requirements

Proven experience as a custom woodworker, with knowledge and understanding of historic millwork preferred.
Proficiency with standard woodworking machinery and hand tools.
Ability to produce precise and detailed work.
Capable of troubleshooting issues during the fabrication process.
Must be able to stand for long periods and handle heavy materials.

Crafting Custom Woodwork: Create high-quality custom millwork items such as cabinets, furniture, and architectural details.
