About The Position

Inspired Closets Chicago is looking to hire an expert in custom closet installation. We sell and install many different kinds of custom storage solutions, including closets, pantries, garage cabinetry, built-ins, and wall beds. The role requires a skilled individual who can work independently and as part of a team, possessing strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, reliable attitude. Candidates must be able to manage their time effectively to complete installations within scheduled periods and handle the physical demands of the job, such as carrying materials and setting up workstations. This position offers competitive compensation based on experience.

Requirements

Skilled in the use of skill saws, jig saws, miter saws, track saws, drills, and multi-tools.
3+ years of experience in custom closet installation.
Ability to install cabinets, crown and base moldings, scribe fillers & countertops.
Ability to install integrated LED strip & puck lighting.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work alone and within a team environment.
Reliable with a zero tolerance for poor attendance and tardiness.
Provide own tools.

Responsibilities

Install custom storage solutions including closets, pantries, garage cabinetry, built-ins, and wall beds.
Install cabinets, crown and base moldings, scribe fillers & countertops.

Complete installations within the scheduled time period.
Troubleshoot and problem-solve installation issues.
