About The Position
The Chief Technology Office oversees enabling components, including quality engineering and architecture tools and practices, key program management and processes, and technology workforce strategy. These efforts support the company’s goal of being a leading technology company for customers, clients, and colleagues around the world. This position is designated as a High Risk Role (HRR). HRRs are sensitive roles in the technology organization because of the cybersecurity and technology functions performed within systems or access to sensitive cybersecurity or technology information. The role is subject to enhanced pre-hire screening, including criminal and credit background checks as allowed by law. Screening must be successfully completed before employment or assignment begins.
