About The Position

Silverline Montessori is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher to join their team. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, planning engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assessing and documenting student progress. The role involves brightening children's lives daily and creating a positive learning environment. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
2-5 years prior experience working in a certified child development center
Prior experience with the assigned age group
Specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation
Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
