About The Position

The Lead, HVAC Installer installs HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties, using advanced tools to ensure systems are installed correctly and efficiently and providing exceptional service to clients. This is an in-person role that requires daily travel to the Thousand Palms office. The position includes commission and performance-based bonuses, with a stated pay range of $100,000–$140,000 USD.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
• At least 3 years of experience as an HVAC Install Technician.
• Valid HVAC technician license.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in varied conditions, including confined spaces and at heights, with the physical stamina and dexterity required.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems and perform the full range of HVAC installation services, ensuring systems function optimally.
• Follow manufacturer and company installation guidelines.
• Perform quality checks to ensure installed systems meet company and industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally and courteously.
• Follow safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and parts used.
