About The Position
Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical is a locally owned and operated residential plumbing, heating, air, and electrical company serving New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. The company provides homeowners with residential home services through a customer-focused service system. The Lead HVAC Installer installs HVAC equipment and systems in residences, following manufacturer specifications. The role also involves preparing materials and equipment for jobs, completing required paperwork, maintaining a clean company vehicle, and assisting other team members as directed by management.
Requirements
- Two years of HVAC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Install HVAC-related equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
- Wire line- and low-voltage connections to heating and cooling equipment.
- Install copper refrigerant lines to air-conditioning units, including soldering and brazing.
- Install sheet metal and flexible duct systems in residences.
- Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment.
- Receive, verify, and load the equipment and materials needed for each job.
- Provide assistance to other team members as directed by management.
- Establish effective working relationships with coworkers and superiors.
- Complete all paperwork required for each job.
- Maintain cleanliness of the assigned company vehicle.
- Perform other duties as directed by management.
