About The Position
Aire Serv is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to lead residential HVAC installation and replacement projects. The role involves ensuring quality workmanship, meeting company and manufacturer standards and local codes, and leading, training, and supporting installation team members. The installer communicates professionally with customers, maintains accurate service documentation, and cares for the company vehicle, tools, and equipment. Requirements
- At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and installation best practices.
- Leadership experience or the ability to effectively lead a crew.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC installation and replacement projects from start to finish.
- Ensure installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes.
- Train, mentor, and support installation team members.
- Maintain the inventory and materials needed for successful installations.
- Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation process.
- Complete service documentation and invoices accurately.
- Maintain the company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good condition.
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every project.
