Requirements

• 2–5 years of Lead Residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA Certification
• HVAC degree or equivalent training
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• A professional attitude and pride in your work

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installations with precision and professionalism
• Install equipment to manufacturer specifications, safety requirements, and company standards
• Pre-measure job sites to ensure smooth, accurate installs
• Properly connect equipment and verify system performance
• Deliver a clean, organized job site and a great customer experience
• Represent Fire & Ice with pride and craftsmanship
