Requirements

1-5 Years HVAC installation experience
HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
Ability to handle heavy equipment
Leading Install: 1 year (Required)
Ability to commute/relocate: Baton Rouge, La or surrounding areas - Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Nice To Haves

EPA Type II (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field
Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have
Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
Properly connect equipment
Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements
Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
