About The Position
Southern Air Baton Rouge is seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join their growing and dedicated installation team as a Lead HVAC Install Technician. This role involves installing HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications, while also ensuring high customer satisfaction. The position offers uncapped pay potential and opportunities for ongoing training and development.
Requirements
- 1-5 Years HVAC installation experience required
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
- Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
- Leading Install: 1 year (Required)

- EPA Type II (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have
- Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
- Properly connect equipment
- Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
