Lead Gutter Installer
About The Position
We’re looking for an experienced gutter installer who is ready to take the next step in their career. As our lead installer, you will play a key role in shaping the business, establishing best practices, and eventually stepping into a leadership position as the division grows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of gutter installation experience
- Experience in managing employees
- Experience in leading a crew and training installers
- A Class E driver's license and can pass a DOT physical
- Strong knowledge of gutter installation techniques and tools
- Ability to work at heights and on roofs
- Ability to lift heavy materials up to 50 lbs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
