About The Position

IBP of Miami is seeking motivated Gutter Installers to install gutters, downspouts, and drainage systems on residential and commercial properties. The role emphasizes quality workmanship, customer service, safety, and productivity-based earnings. Pay is piece-rate, so earnings reflect the amount of work completed. Installers measure rooflines and determine gutter requirements, prepare gutters using specialized equipment, install support systems and drainage components, and ensure proper pitch for water drainage. They provide courteous customer service and maintain a safe, clean, organized work environment while following company safety procedures and quality standards.

The work is physically demanding and involves lifting materials up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, working at heights and on rooftops, and bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. Installers use hand and power tools and work in varying weather conditions, including extreme temperatures. Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
