About The Position
The Lead Gutter Installer will perform gutter installation work in Raleigh, North Carolina, and surrounding areas. This experienced role is intended for someone who wants to grow into a leadership position and may eventually oversee multiple teams and trucks. Compensation is $22.00–$32.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus commission for completed work.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of skilled gutter installation and/or exterior construction experience; the qualifications also specify 2 years of relevant gutter or carpentry experience.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Have a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Have excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Be willing to work overtime and grow with the company.

- Previous experience in gutter services or installation.
