About The Position

We are looking for an experienced gutter installer who is ready to take the next step in their career. This role offers growth, ownership, and a clear path into leadership. We are expanding into the gutter services market and are seeking a skilled professional to help us build this division from the ground up. With strong capital backing and established vendor relationships, we’re prepared to invest in the equipment, vehicles, and resources needed to get fully operational quickly. As our lead installer, you will play a key role in shaping the business, establishing best practices, and eventually stepping into a leadership position as the division grows.

Requirements

3+ years of gutter installation experience
Experience in managing employees
Experience in leading a crew and training installers
A Class E driver's license and can pass a DOT physical
Strong knowledge of gutter installation techniques and tools
Ability to work at heights and on roofs
Ability to lift heavy materials up to 50 lbs
Excellent communication and customer service skills
