About The Position

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to represent its window and door products at Costco and other retail events. The role focuses on engaging shoppers in friendly conversations, generating interest, educating homeowners, and scheduling qualified in-home consultations. It offers a $20-per-hour base wage plus unlimited weekly bonuses for qualified appointments, with compensation paid biweekly. Top performers regularly earn $25–$35 or more per hour, and may earn significantly more. The position includes paid training and ongoing coaching, a flexible schedule, and potential career growth into sales and leadership roles. There is no hard selling or cold calling, and no prior experience is required.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• A smartphone.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
• Comfort starting conversations with strangers and hearing no before moving on.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and comfort in a performance-based environment.
