About The Position

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to represent the company’s window and door products at Costco and other retail events. The role focuses on engaging shoppers in friendly conversations, generating interest, educating homeowners about products and services, and scheduling qualified in-home consultations. It does not involve hard selling or cold calling. The position offers a $20-per-hour base rate plus weekly bonuses for qualified appointments, paid biweekly; top performers regularly earn $25–$35 or more per hour, and may earn significantly more. Flexible scheduling is available, including days, evenings, and weekends. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided, with potential career growth into sales and leadership roles.

Requirements

At least 18 years old.
Reliable transportation.
A smartphone.
Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
Comfort starting conversations with strangers and hearing “no” before moving on.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and interest in a performance-based environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, marketing, fundraising, event staffing, or sales.
