The Lead Generation & Marketing Automation Manager is a revenue-critical role within Filene's Marketing team, responsible for driving measurable member growth, retention, and lifetime value through strategic CRM management and data-driven engagement. This role owns the end-to-end member lifecycle in our CRM, from lead acquisition through renewal using advanced analytics, marketing automation, and journey orchestration to optimize engagement metrics and accelerate pipeline velocity. The ideal candidate is a Salesforce and/or Hubspot power user with proven marketing expertise who can transform raw data into actionable intelligence, build scalable journey engagement systems, and drive quantifiable business outcomes through precision targeting and attribution modeling.
