About The Position

The Lead Marketing Automation Partner will collaborate with members of the Department of Communications, Marketing and Philanthropy to develop and execute strategies that leverage marketing automation to advance marketing and fundraising priorities and strengthen relationships with hospital key audiences including patient families, referring physicians, donors, volunteers, partners and friends of Children's Mercy. This position in collaboration with key program owners is responsible for designing, managing and executing automated marketing campaigns that support patient communications and education, donor engagement, stewardship and acquisition efforts. By utilizing data-driven workflows and personalized communication, the Lead Marketing Automation Partner will help increase support and enhance awareness of the hospital's mission At Children’s Mercy, we are committed to ensuring that everyone feels welcomed within our walls. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Integrated Communications, Information Technology, Business or a related field and 7 or more years experience
  • Experience in Marketing and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) preferred
