The position requires coordinating daily assignments, supervising carpentry work, reviewing service requests, assigning jobs, and inspecting completed work. It also involves maintaining supply inventory, issuing and maintaining department equipment, and resolving service problems with residents. Performing carpentry repairs and replacements, operating power equipment, driving a company vehicle, and following up on resident complaints are key aspects of this role. The position emphasizes working effectively with co-workers, customers, and others by sharing ideas constructively, listening to suggestions, keeping commitments, and addressing issues to find practical business solutions. Regular attendance and on-site work are required.
