Requirements
- Experience building decks, porches, pergolas, and outdoor living projects
- Experience working with composite decking systems
- Strong carpentry skills and knowledge of residential construction methods
- The ability to read blueprints and perform material takeoffs
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- The ability to safely perform ladder work and roof framing
- Pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Strong references and photos or examples of completed projects
Responsibilities
- Building custom decks (Composite and PVC)
- Building covered porches (Open and Screened)
- Building Pergolas
- Building Three-season rooms
- Building Outdoor Kitchens, Fireplaces, and specialty carpentry
