About The Position
Worley is a global energy, chemicals and resources company headquartered in Australia. It partners with customers to deliver projects and create value across the life of their assets, providing consulting, engineering, procurement and construction services throughout the project lifecycle, as well as operations and decommissioning support. The Carpenter Lead constructs, erects and repairs buildings and other structures made of wood, steel and other materials. The role also builds concrete forms, scaffolding, bridges, trestles, tunnels, shelters, towers and other structures. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the industrial construction or maintenance industry.

- NCCER Certified Plus.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Conform to building codes and other regulations.
- Perform layout work, including selecting, measuring, marking and cutting materials, and planning sequences and methods of work.
- Assemble and join materials with nails, screws, bolts or glue.
- Construct, erect and repair buildings and structures made of wood, steel and other materials.
- Build concrete forms, scaffolding, bridges, trestles, tunnels, shelters, towers and other structures.
